15 Raptors vs 1,000 3rd graders

In a death match, who would win? The only weapons available for the 3rd graders are sticks, stones, other stuff you'd find in a regular wooded area, etc. If it was a one-on-one match, they would probably run for their lives. But there are only 15 raptors. Would the 1,000 little kids be brave and powerful enough to beat them? Or would they run away in fear anyway, only to be eventually tracked down and eaten by faster, more tactful, and bigger creatures (we are assuming these raptors are exactly like the ones in Jurassic Park)?

well if we're saying they're exactly like the ones in Jurassic Park, then the raptors would win. If they were like real Velociraptors were though, then the 3rd graders would most likely be able to smother them and subdue them eventually. They'd probably lose quite a few kids doing it, but they'd get the job done.

Are you kidding me? Explaining how the raptors would win would give a great picture in my head of raptors running 40 mph to track down some stumpy 3rd grader trying to run through a field only to be caught three seconds later and be ripped to shreds.

actually, if they were anything like the 3rd graders in public school, I'd say the raptors would have no chance. 3rd graders nowadays bring guns and knives and other high tech weaponry to class, so I think an army of them could take down fifteen raptors pretty easily. (especially if they stocked up on ammo at Big 5 first =P )Allicrombie

Ok, I am fine now. I think the 3rd graders would win. They outnumber the raptors by a large margin, and with the ability to use sticks and stones they should be able to put up quite a fight.
