wait for new DS or buy ds lite?

im thinking of getting ds lite tomorrow with a trade in of my sp for 20bucks. im just wondering whether i should do that or wait for the new ds to come out

i had that same Q thx to a rumor that was around, but it is just that a rumor, ppl getting hype about the possibility of a new DS (as far as i could find)

IMO there is no reason to release a new DS. So I would say go for the DS lite, that is what I did and I love the lil thing :D

Using that logic, we have a completely new handheld coming out (and it should be out very soon since it was meant to come out in '07) since the micro came out one year after the DS did. :D YAY to the new handheld!!! :D:D:D

Seriously, I don't see a new DS coming out SO soon maybe at least a year. In Australia they're hard to find, I gotta go look for a Lite later on today. My old DS broke... :(

Wait for the new DS, it shouldn't be too long till it comes out. I think it will be great it's gonna have built in memory for game downloads and it will be slimmer since they are ridding it of that unneeded GBA port. And xtn702- Gamespot is the source for this look up new DS in the news area.

Just get a DS Lite. IF and WHEN this new ds comes out you will have already started a collection and then you could just trade in the DS Lite like you are trading in the GBA Advance. The logical thing to do would be get a DS Lite. The games that are out and coming out are going to be sweet. IE...
