I just got the WRT54G Wireless Router and i'm having trouble connecting my Wii to the Internet. The Wii is telling my to "input the password or key," is their a specific password or do you make one up? It also says "WPA-PSK (TKIP)" in the top left corner, should I change this? If so, how do I know what to change it to?

Log into your router; is it a Netgear? Find the wireless security setings... your WPA password will be in there. You can change it to anything you want if you do not like the defult password.

In your web browser, type 192.168.1.1and press Enter. If you haven't changed the admin password, the log on credentially should be as follows: user: "do not enter anything" password: "admin". Then go to your security settings, and set your WPA password. If you don't know what it is, contact who ever set up your network or disable all security settings.

Did you router come with an instruction booklet?

To log in... open you internet browser. And enter the router address. Usually its 192.168.0.1. If you can't find it. Open command prompt and enter ipconfig. the routers address will the the the default gateway address.

I already created a password when I was going through the steps to set up my router. So should I type in that password on my Wii? Or should I type in the "WPA Shared Key" in the Wireless Security section of the 192.168.1.1 thing I typed in?

put in the WPA code. I have that same router and it is fairly easy. Once everything is all setup just write down your WPA or WEP code and put that into the Wii.
