I don't know how to fix that. Did you try to get online in the WiFi menu, like the test connection thing? Maybe it's your router or whatever you're using.

it takes about 15-30 seconds for me to get on. I had to use a key code to access my internet router because it's private or something, and then it connected straight to my router. If you're using a router, it should connect automatically. Go to WiFi settings in the main AC:WW menu and test your connection.
