No, it does not come with screen protectors.

I personally don't use one.

TBH the DS screen is designed to be used quite vigorously. I still don't understand how ppl. scratch up their screens with the stylus which is blunt. I've played an unhealthy amount of EBA and Ouendan and the only scratches I received were from some regrettable decisions to lend my DS to my little brother :?

Some ppl. do manage it somehow though...
