I was thinking about getting wii fit.

Is the game any fun? And do you really get any exercise from it?

I never got the game, but people seem to like it a lot.

It's ok. I pre-ordered it and played it religiously for a bit but then got bored with it because I had opened all the mini-games, yoga and strength training moves. The games are fun and it does make you work muscles that you forgot you had, especially the hula hoop game. The key is consistancy.

i have it and quite like it. however, don't count to lose weight just by using WiiFit. you have to alter your diet, and i would also recommend doing exercise outside of the game... whether that be going to the gym, running, or even doing something like DDR.

it's real strrength is that it makes it easy to track your progress. if you go crazy on junk food one day, it's gonna show up in your results, and if you eat healthy and workout, that'll show up too.

I've lost about 10 pounds in a month (from 198 down to just over 188 ) and thanks to some of the exercises, have improved balance, core strength and posture.

I recommend it, but you have to work at it to get results.

I played it almost all the time at first, but lately I've resigned myself to just weighing myself every few days. I don't do the exercises anymore, but I've learned them well enough that I can do most of them without popping in the disc, which is probably the point in the first place, and I've lost about 15 pounds since getting it, so it certainly did something.

I would get it as it tones you up quite nicely but you have to stick at it and work hard. And u can also use the balace board on other games!!!
