My brother broke my DS'es L and R buttons so I was wondering is it import ant for the DS'es best games or my favourite genres(strategy,action,adventure)

there are quite a number of games that utilize the L and R buttons...in fact almost all of the games i have use them. if i were you i would get my DS repaired and have your bro pay for it :D

shooter games use it..... phantom hourglass uses the triggers for taking your equipped item out to use.....

Without select, you lose a lot of GBA functionality, among other things.
