I'm trying to update my Wii but a sign appears, it says: Error Code: 32004. An error has occured. Unable to perform the Wii system update. Visit support.nintendo.com for assistance.

I went to that page and put the error code in the error code lookup, but nothing else appears, it doesn't say anything about that error code.

Please help me!!!

turn off your wii, turn it back on, go to "test connection" in the wii settings menu, and then after it's done testing it'll ask you to update and should work fine.

Try resetting/rebooting your router. That worked for me.
