I've had it since launch with no problems of any kind. I even knocked it over once, and there still were no problems. Nintendo has always made trustworthy products.

One problem but it doesn't count. Need For Speed Most Wanted locked up on me the other day. I don't consider this a problem with the Wii because it probably locks up on the Gamecube too.
Having my Nintendo WII for 1 month and Guitar Hero's for a week. Wow I haven't had any problems yet. But after reading all this topic. I should really watch for these.
None whatsoever. Well, on rare occasions I'll get an error code on INternet connection, but that's more of an Internet flaw than a Wii flaw.
Well, there was one time when I was playing Guitar Hero 3 and the notes were like 3-5 seconds off and music skipped and repeated all over the place. I took the disc out and it had a clump of dirt. I cleaned it, put it back in, and it has been running perfectly ever since.
Well, I get about 2 Wii malfunctions every week. Either if it freezes at startup or I get the dreaded annoying buzzy sound coming out of the Wii when I'm online. I'm surprised not too many people have had this problem.
uhh the video goes black and white and all screwy looking, and since the thing usually just sits for a few weeks at a time between plays the controllers have to be resynced every time i go to play, which is BS . whatever though ts a gimmick console anyways. way more love for my ps3 then my wii
My launch Wii would not access the shopping channel so I returned it. Got another Wii about six months ago and it works perfectly so far (knock on wood).
