I mostly play VC games. I have all my old consoles and games, but I'd rather not had to drag the console out to my living room, making a mess. Besides, the games look better, especially N64, on the Wii. I've already purchased most of all the games I enjoy playing.

VC, it's just alot easier than dragging everything out and then fighting it for a half-hour to get it to work.

I mainly play on the actual console but when theres a game I havent I usually try it out unless it seems crappy from reviews or something. Anyway, if I did it different it would be costing me waaaaaaaay more money.

I don't really do either. I only have two vc games, which I barely play, and I don't have any old school systems, since we sold our N64. I plan on getting more vc games though.

I play all VC games. I used to own a NES, SNES and N64 but they have all passed on. I only kept one game. Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars. LOL. I have been downloading all the games I used to own for those systems plus some games I never got the chance to play like Pokemon Snap.

My NES is practically dead. Arguing with my SNES isn't too fun either. I never had an N64. While I do whip out my SNES (its right next to my TV) I play plenty of stuff on the VC, mostly stuff I don't own already, IE N64 games. I love the VC because of its accessibility, not because I'm lazy.

I only have 4 VC games, and 0 retro consoles. So on the VC, if at all.

I have a SNES and an N64 but it didn't get many games for them. The only games from those systems that I am still interested in player are Super Mario RPG and Ocarina of Time. I VCed Ocarina because it just seems to look a lot nicer and I was curious about the changes that had been made. My N64 cartridge is one of the original ones with good fire temple music and Ganon actually has red blood. Super Mario RPG oddly enough isn't on the VC yet. When it finally does come out I will download it. It's a pain to bring out the SNES just for one game.

I have a Nintendo 64 in great working order, and all the really good games, so if they're 64 games on the VC than, no I won't buy it and play on the Wii, but I only have a 64 that could be considered "retro."

Both.

I still have my N64 and sometimes will play the games that are not on the VC yet, but at this point I'm just waiting for the games to be released. By that time I know I'll want to play them again.

Don't have a SNES though, so I play all those games on the VC, or in some cases the GBA...

On the actual consoles. I have a SNES, NES, and an N64 hooked up to the same TV as my PS2, Dreamcast, and Wii, and they're all in perfect working order(except the NES, that barely works, if at all).

I have an N64 and SNES, but rebuy games for them (and new ones) just because my Wii is plugged to a bad TV with only one color-cable input and I don't want to go behind my TV everytime I want to play Super Mario 64 or Pokemon Snap.

I play them all on the Virtual Console as a matter of convenience. I do, however, own an NES, SNES, and N64.

the vc is much easier. it's like having all of the old systems together in one. Plus, it keeps things more organized.

I still have my super nintendo in perfect working condition, and I use that to play Super Metroid and the DKC games instead of buying them again on VC.

Both actually.... there are some old games I lost on the SNES and N64, which are the ones I download... or there are some games I never got to play... I lost my Genesis and all its' games as well, so I'm really all about the VC.... but I can still play Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island on my SNES while everyone else waits and complains about it not being on the VC.

Since I already own all of Nintendo's systems it's usually cheaper to buy the old cartridges. Plus then I actually own the game instead of just renting it indefinitely.

Actual console for me. I've got my SNES set up with the GBA version of Space Invaders that I was playing recently. Might put in Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior sometime soon and have some more goes at that.

Only on VC console... The only old consoles I still have are NES, Dreamcast, and N64. :(
I also enjoy stuff like Namco Museum and Midway Treasures because I don't have to swap discs or cartridges.
