Best Wii Horror Game

What do you think is the best horror game on the Wii?

I think Cursed Mountain. They nailed the Himalayan atmosphere and the cutscenes are freakish and chilling, especially the farther you get into the game.

The boss fights are scary and hard, but worth it once you beat it.

Silent Hill Shattered Memories is very good. And from what I've heard, so is Dead Space. Other than that..... RE4 I guess? lol

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories really isn't that scary, but it's so freaking goodthat I'm still counting it as the best Wii horror game.

Cursed Mountain looked great. I missed it's launch and hardly even saw it in store shelves.

Resident Evil 4 had me jumping in my seat quite often. It completely scared my 14 year old sister and I was only at the begining of the game before you get to any really creepy, mutated zombies.Sole_

Deadspace Extraction

I did not find Dead Space Extraction to be scary. RE 4 is intense at points, but not scary. I haven't played Cursed Mountain, but Shattered Memories was good and creepy. HOD Overkill at least deserves a mention. It may not be scary, but it is alot of fun and it is more horror movie like than the others.

I'm going to be bold and say Deadly Creatures. It's not the best (it can be rather buggy at times, no pun intended), but it's certainly an interesting, very original game that more people should check out, although it's more of a thriller than a horror game.

If you are talking about the best quality game that can be considered to be survival horror then the answers is obviously Resident Evil 4.

Hopefully the one about that kid who roams around a world with no people...teh one with the horrible looking combat.

I have never played it but Yu-on: The Grudge looks pretty terrifying.

I'm not sure it really counts, but I'd say Resident Evil 4 is practically a 10 out of 10... I think if I were to get to rate with 2 decimals I'd give it a 9.85 ... but I haven't played Silent Hill, so I don't know how that compares. RE4 = awesomness though.

I would not call Silent Hill: Shattered Memories and Resident Evil 4 even remotely comparable. Way too different in nature.

I really enjoyed the Resident Evil remake on the Wii. Resident Evil 4 is really good, too.

If you count Gamecube games too, then I'd say "Eternal Darkness".
