Best graphics on the DS?

why is no one mentioning brothers in arms ds??

sure theres a couple of camera glitches but the graphics push ds to the limit

Because no matter how much I heard about the whole "Brothers in Arms Ds graphics rule" I haven't played the game and thus can't comment on the awesomeness of its graphics. And probably more than a few other people haven't played the game since it doesn't seem to be a popular game on the DS. By the same token, I have also been the only one to have mentioned that Nanostray has great graphics. Still it's not a very popular game and thus has not been mentioned.

I cant believe Im saying this...

so you think brothers in arms and metroid prime already push the limits? i think the DS is much more capable than what we see...it is only a matter of memory space that limits it...or ofcourse thats what i like to think...what do you guys think?utakpulvoron

perhaps for textures and stuff, but nah. i'd say the game that exerts the DS to the most is metroid prime hunters. my proof is that sometimes it goes a bit slow when there's a lot of enemies shooting.

but that doesn't mean it's the best looking. you could say "most technically impressive".

hey crunchUK couldnt it be that the slowing down may be due to the number of AI the computer has to run...like you said when many enemies are firing at you..im not so good with programming but i know creating an AI program will use up memory like crazy...

anyways its mostly metroid prime...any game coming out that looks like it will beat the graphics of metroid prime?

but pokemon's graphics were only good when you were in a battle....outside battle it wasnt so impressive...but defenitely an improvement from before:lol:

With the ds hardware, I think Metrio Prime Hunters and Mario Kart Ds are the best bet to be of how good the ds games can possible get.

For just good graphic, Jump Ultimate Stars,It has a good really good comic book feel to the game.

Best 2d - The World Ends With You (one of the best looking games ever, if only for the crisp, clean, well-designed, hand-drawn characters)

Probably either Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword or Super Mario 64 DS.

ninja gaiden dragon sword holds up nice and i was impressed by its ability to not suck.

but metroid prime hunters wins....the only fps that works on the ds

I would say either the pokemon games or DQ:monsters.

also I've heard the new dragon quest game has really nice graphics...
