i ahve the same prob. i looked at the back of the box and it said PC only, so I'm assuming no. I'm still trying to find that damnable WEP key in my Mac...unfourtuanly, i was not present at my broadband's installation...

i checked nintendo's website and it said that the usb conecter is not Mac compatible.

yeah i think labtops work. dont labtops also need a wireless internet conection to use the internet?

100% NO. The Nintendo USB Connector Is For Windows XP and For Some Lucky Vistas Only.

i know somebody who has a vista premiun and it doesnt work but i also know someone with an ultimate edition and it does work.

Yes it will work on some MAC's.  It has to be an Intel based Mac and have XP installed.  As long as you meet that requirement then yes, you can use the Nintendo WiFi adapter.  If not then you can always buy a 3rd party USB adaptor and use that instead.  Either way, there is no reason you cant use your Mac to get your DS online.  Just remeber that it has to be an Intel based Mac if you want to use the official Nintendo WiFi adapter, as the older Power PC Mac's only run XP in a virtual enviroment and do not give direct DMA access to the USB bus for XP.  The Intel Macs let it run native since they are no different in hardware than a standard Windows box now.  Same goes for their PowerBooks.
