I think you're a bit confused
The newest Zelda game will be coming out on the DS although one would imagine that the Wii will get another Zelda game before all is said and done.
The Dreamcast stopped getting new games for it like 1 or two years ago and is made by Sega. While they share a mutual interest in the Virtual Console and Mario and Sonic at the Olympics there's no way that Zelda would be on any platform but Nintendo's.
