Dell has added a more powerful variant of the Venue 11 Pro 7140 that uses a Core M 5Y71.

5Y10C

  • Base frequency - 800 MHz
  • Turbo frequency - 2 GHz
  • Base graphics frequency - 300 MHz
  • Max graphics frequency - 800 MHz

5Y71

  • Base frequency - 1.2 GHz
  • Turbo frequency - 2.9 GHz
  • Base graphics frequency - 300 MHz
  • Max graphics frequency - 900 MHz

The new model also has an option for up to 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB M.2 SSD.

do you think they will unveil a new venue pro 8. i'm holding out for the successor from last year which was a pretty solid edition.

You do know that it's running an x86 processor over ARM and can basically play all PC games as well as run many software apps......
