Pretty much everything on John Frusciante's - The Empyrean. As far as relaxing songs go, I usually listen to RHCP, Gorillaz & The Black Keys after a long day.
Songs? As in pieces of music that are sung? This could be a challenge for me without mentioning a single video game. >.> I don't listen to the radio that much nor do I watch music channels. Worse when video game music tends to not include singing. >.> Screw this, I'm mentioning video games and NO ONE CAN STOP ME! :x

Might be a side effect from heavy gaming, but I had incredible difficulty listening to some of of the music posted here. Unfamiliarity/whatever-the-opposite-of-nostalgia-is, slow tempo, lack of sounds that don't sound synthesized are among the top factors (Yay namesake jokes? :P I swear when I created this account, I just wanted a username that rhymed. Honest. :lol: ). Self-analysis is fun. :)
Been a while since I sat my ass down, put on some headphones, and simply listened to music. Think I ought to do that sometime. Serious listening to music. Heh.
