In my opinion I think Live is better, but it has to be because we pay them to make it that way. Ps3 is ok, but once home or w/e comes out it might start to get in the same league.
Yeah, right now I think Live is way better, except for the whole paying vs. not paying thing. But once they release Home and all, the PSN might catch up. Only time will tell.
Being able to play your own music, download a few things at once, chat to a friend in video chat, and then launch a game from the HD all at once is just easy and well integrated. And it is constantly improving as well.
Live, and the features of the 360,are like a game amplifier. It's not one feature by itself that stands out to make the system unreachable, but it's the way every aspect of the systemis so perfectlyintegrated into any game,garbage or gem, that makes every game seem like it's been placedon a pedestal and everything is catering to it. It's a really, really great, to say the least.
PS3....well, we'll see what Sony delivers when Home hits. :?

Umm all i know that is the PS3 online is still new. There's lots of proof that its gunna have all the features of the XBL (mayby even more). And it dosnt mean that Live is better because you pay for it.
360's far ahead now. But PSN is looking like it's going to make big improvments, with a more unified service. Sony also look like they are going to take the lead on downloadable content, with PS1 titles, cool new games like Echochrome and fully fledged packages like Warhawk. Additionaly they have Little Big Planet, one of the best looking games out there
What is the point of these threads? I think people make them as a joke. That is to say, threads which, in the topic, contain a question about the superiority of one particular thing or another knowing full well the answer lies within the question, because it is stupidly obvious.
PS3 online, its free! definately less options that Live though, but free! Everything in Xbox marketplace should be free if you are paying for a Gold Live account, but its not damnit
50 bucks for 13 months is not ad at all. I have never felt ripped off in any way.
I can watch HD movies, Listen to music, Do video chat with my best friend who's Over Seas right now. Find all my friends when I get online. I remember hearing that the ps3 version of live made it hard to find your friends.
Live is only $3.85 a month get real. For all the services we get it's well worth it.
well ive never played on Ps3 so i cant really say, I love LIVE though. Its pretty much paying for a game a year. I do hope though that if PS3 and Wii come out with a online that matches that of LIVE than microsoft will make theres free.
i personally like LIVE better because you have achievemenats and points and ps3 you only see hus online and hus not.  hopefully ps3 will get a new software to do that. but its free thats wat i  like about it.
