What was your first handheld gaming system? Was an Atari lynx? or are you wanting to start with 3ds or vita?
Mine was the gameboy color I thought it was amazing when I first got it. I played warioland 2 non stop.

Sega Game Gear with FM radio and tv tuner plus Line-In for hooking up camcorders or VCRs. Awesome gizmo at the time (mid-90's).
Gameboy color was my first. And I still have it somewhere in my room.
I still remember my parents driving me to Toys 'R' Us to get it and Pokemon Blue. Ahh good times...
Sega Game Gear
I remember playing the hell outta the Power Rangers game and Streets of Rage(?) on it back in the day.
The Sega GameGear, as impressive as the tech was its size and battery-life were a pretty big hassle. Eventually I got a Gameboy Color.MajorPain10Same. The gamegear was a really lousy system. I remember being pretty letdown. 1. It was HUGE. 2. The battery life was terrible and it required something crazy like 8 AA batteries, at a point in time where rechargeable batteries were very expensive. 3. Yes it had a color screen but the screen itself was rather lousy with a terrible backlight.
Eventually I got a Gameboy, but I think it was the Pocket first, and then the color. I remember how awesome I thought the gameboy bocket was because of its size. I used to play Zelda in school all the time.
Gameboy Color. A friend gave it to me, I was so excited... I then got an original Gameboy a few months later from my cousin. It was great since my parents didn't buy me video games and I was pretty young. Handheld gaming is something I'll always love...
Hey, that's the same thing I started with :lol:My first handheld was a tabletop game called sinon says. After that, I had tons of Tiger LCD games
