What games do you think deserve a re-release that aren't available on modern platforms

I'm not talking about remakes or reboots a bump in resolution is all you would really need.

For me these are some games I would love to see re-release but it will never probably happen.

• Blur 2010
• SSX Tricky, SSX 3 and world tour
• Def Jam fight for NY
• Condemned 2 Bloodshot
• The Simpsons Hit & Run
• Burnout 3 Takedown and Revenge

Those are some good ones. Assuming the MS Activision deal goes through, Playground should resurrect Blur.

I'll add:

• Skate 1-3
• Timesplitters series
• Starlancer and Freelancer
• Power Stone
• Pandora's Tower
• Geist

I can think of a massive amount of PS2 games that aren't on any other system. I've kept My PS2 collection through the years because most OG Xbox games are already on PC, and any Nintendo games worth playing can be easily emulated as well, but PS2 has more games that aren't available anywhere else than any other platform.

@judaspete: powerstone is a really great shout.

I kinda miss those ninja game like Tenchu and Shinobido where u actually use stealth and kill people in shadows.

Got many I wanted so should be thankful games I enjoy have been well supported and preserved. But jeez, so many. . doubt I'll remember all the ones I want_

Alundra, Tenchu, Metal Gear Solid, Twisted Metal 1, 2, and 3 all from PS1

@warmblur: umk3, nba jam. I would definitely be excited if released, and had a bump in resolution, as well.

Code Name S.T.E.A.M. I really enjoyed it. It got mixed reviews and it got no sales. It's a turn-based strategy game that has hilarious cutscenes and dialogue. I would say that the cutscenes were the best part of the game. They were better than the gameplay itself.

Do wish that outside profitability and licensing issues, there was a way to make games through the decades more easily accessible. Oh well, at least unofficial emulation is a thing.

Guess I'll say God Hand. Been wanting to revisit it for a while, really cool game. Probably zero chance of ever seeing a port. Heard it emulates well now, might check it out that way.

I want the DS Castlevania games to get a collection release like the the GBA ones did. They could throw in HoD or something as a fourth title.
