I'm definitely getting Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare with the Modern Warfare remaster. I had some fun playing the Battlefield 1 beta but with all the other games I'll be picking up in the next few months I really won't have time for it so I'll probably pass on it.

Battlefield, as long as the campaign is good. Which is doubtful.

Probably neither. COD = 5 1/2 hour corridor-linear cutscene-laden campaign + gimmicky multiplayer with overpriced map packs + milked-to-death zombie mode. Also, a remaster as effectively a DLC? The greed is strong with this one.

In comparison, Battlefield seems a little less stale. If Battlefield has a decent campaign, I might consider it. Considering their post-Bad Company 2 record, however, I'm not counting on it.

Battlefield 1. After playing the beta, I think it is going to be the best installment yet, which is saying a lot because I have enjoyed each and every BF game more and more.

CoD...we shall see. Unlike most I really enjoy the new setting, but historically I have only played CoD for the singleplayer (CoD multiplayer is boring and too twitchy) so it's not really worth it to buy it full price (and they don't reduce the price for a loooooooong time).

It's a close call, but i'm thinking Battlefield 1. The beta is very good, and i'm hoping it gets the amount of customization and content that 4 had. I might also get Cod if i can find a cheap coupon.

i really haven't got the time to invest in mp at the moment. i'd love a quality sp shooter to get my teeth into now the novelty has worn off doom but i can't bring myself to pay full price for a short campaign, so i'll sit on the fence and wait and see what the reception for both is. or just wait until one of my mates buys it and borrow it off them

Depends. Only reason I would be interested in Infinite Warfare, is to get the CoD4 remaster. Which all the likelyhood will eventually be released separately.

I may eventually buy BF1 at a nice discounted price. I don't have friends who are gonna get it. And not that interested in it to search for a clan anytime soon. But I would be interested in playing a WW1 campaign.

You pretty much nailed it. I couldn't vote since a valid answer doesn't exist on the poll.

If I get one it will be BF1 as the new COD looks absolutely awful.

Neither at launch. I may rent CoD as the story looks interesting this time.
