PS2 Free Roam Games

So I bought Ultimate Spider-Man and I really like to go around the city and acting stupid, I was wondering if there is any other game that has "free roaming"...

I hated Driv3r! Most of those you posted are pretty good free roamers.

True Crime NYC is excellent, as long as you can deal with the occasional glitch.

On the other hand, True Crime LA was a disappointment.

True Crime is a knockoff of GTA, but I have to admit, I did have a little fun cruising around and exploring LA.. :Dsummer_star17x

The True Crimes definitely followed in the footsteps of GTA, but that's not a bad thing. And they weren't complete knockoffs. You play the OTHER side of the law. And there were some really cool details, like when you bust enough people, the neighborhood noticeably starts cleaning up, stores open, less litter, gets harder to find criminals, etc... TC NYC was one of my favorite games every, if it wasn't so glitchy I think it would have rated a lot higher.
