games with character creation

any recommendations on what game may have the best character creation tools? I'm looking for a way to create characters to have a general idea of their looks so I can use them a reference/placeholders (primarily I would like to have a good amount of diversity with facial features).

The best character creation suite is in Saints Row. 2 probably gives you the most freedom, but 3 and 4 are easier to work with.

WWE games are close but more difficult for me to use. I have trouble making faces look good in that game.

Soul Calibur 5 is great too but only gives you pre-made faces to work with. And not nearly enough facial hair options. (Seriously? no goatee?) :)

Dragon's Dogma has a pretty awesome character creator.

You can make kids, giant's, and old people. You can be skinny, chubby, or a muscle dood.

You can even change your posture.

The only issue is the graphics are pretty average. Nothing special, even on P.C.
