For those who had/have a gameboy color

Which color of the console did you own?For me, it was the lime green. These are all of the colors I think:

mine was See through White!!!!

so like it was just clear, no color, just clear :D

Are you serious? i have not seen one like that, I had a Gameboy Pocket that was see through white, but not GBC. That is awesome

Dark Purple color. I wanted the blue color but the store was sold out of the color. Didn't really matter though. At nine years old, just so long you were playing pokemon, it didn't matterwhat sort of color you were playing with.

I believe my Game Boy Color used to be a purplish color that was see-through, kind of like one of the first set colors for the Gameboy Advance. If there is no such thing, then it was definitely purple. Still, I think it was clearly see-through (see what I did there?)

Mine was purple but not see through.

My color was Lime Green and I still have it.

my gameboy colour was a blue/purple kinda colour, its in the picture in the begining of the topic

I got the see-through purple one first, but then lost it and bought a yellow one from a friend... needless to say I found the purple one a couple days after buying the yellow.

I had the dark purple one

I had the light Green. I don't even remember picking it out. I just kind of had it. Lol.

My brother had the clear/purple, and his friend had the same one as me. All three of them are in my desk.

The see-through purple. I just like seeing the wiring of the thing.

I had the yellow one and my 1st game for it was Pokemon Yellow as well xD. sadly i've outgrew my pokemon games now, it ended with pokemon diamond

about to say goodbye to my DS now =/, said goodbye to my GBC a long time ago

i had the see thru purple from france my grandma being very nice but dead now:cry: bought me it when i visited her in france and glad that it dint have an area code becasuse that would of sucked if i came back and all the american games wouldnt work

dam i miss the gameboy color it was the best but thats also probably cause i was about 6 or 7 when i got it so every game is more enjoyable

and also you should do one for the gba

Ooooooooooo, time for me to share my tale of christmas joy! When these bad bys first came out, my mum ordered one for my sister, the lucky thing, seeing as i already had a grey boy, from argos. Well, when the postman turned up, the silly sods had only gone and sent 2!! They phoned up later and asked if 'everything was ok with the order', and wondered if we'd received anything strange, and good old mum said it was all fine. Thus, we got 2 GBC's!!

They were both purple by the way, but i didn't care, i was too busy playing Metal Gear and Mario Bros in colour!

I think I've had all those colors at one point or another, but the one I kept the longest is the yellowone (because it was the color I saw the least of and I wanted to be "different.")

Eventually I sold them all off, once I realized my Gameboy Advance SP rendered all previous Gameboy models superfluous. :(

I have the Teal one.

I have the see-through purple one. I only chose that color because it was the only one the store had left. To this day I still think it's the ugliest system I own.

Also, history repeated itself when I got my GBA. Yet again the only color GBA the store had in stock was the ugly see-through purple. Thank god Nintendo stopped making their handhelds in such tacky colors or else I would probably have a see-through purple DS as well.
