First game you ever remember hating?

Hmm... I can't think of many games I actually outright hate.

I don't find Halo CE to be the greatest game in the world, nor do I even consider it more than merely "ok" or "worth playing once". I don't care for GTA 4, and so on and so forth.

But one game if I had to choose a game to hate would be State of Emergency. That game SUCKED, and sucked hard. Hot off of the heels of GTA 3's success, State of Emergency was published by Rockstar and everyone thought it would be great to have like 100s of characters on screen at once. But the fact is that the camera angles are sooooo bad that it was the first game I have ever deemed unplayable. I can put up with bad camera angles, but if you can't even see your target for one, well, then there is no purpose in doing missions. And the sound was horrible, and the gameplay was utterly boring.

Lemme put it this way. A game with guns and blowing stuff up and hurting people and my 9 year old cousin got sick of it in about 5 minutes.

Biggest waste of 50$ I've ever spent.

Freddie fish, it made me nervous when I couldnt find the right stuff when I was little.

Duke Nukem 64. I never hated it but it's one of the few games I remember disliking.

I usually just remember the good games. Delete the bad memories and clear brain-space for good memories.:P

That's the game I couldn't remember, thanks. Or rather it was the first one but whatever. I likd Fighting Force back when I first got a Playstation.

I never really hated any old games. When I was a kid I didn't find satifaction in critism like I do now :)

The first game I hate was FF: Crystal Cronicals and later it was this old PS2 game with a female character with purple hair. The controls stunk and the action couldn't make up for it. And if I'm not mistaken, you had to finish the training course (at the beginning) to go onto the next level.

Quest 64. I rented it thinking it looked awesome and it was an epic, epic fail.ColdPizzaKid111

As a kid, I liked it. Didn't know how to play it, but I liked it. Besides, the music was pretty decent.

Milon's Secret Castle (NES)

IDK if it was because I asked for TMNT and got this instead for christmas, or if it actually just sucked.
I think it's a bit of both.

Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon for the GBA. I hated that game so much. The music made me want to tear out my ears and my brother's obsession with pumping the volume ALL THE WAY UP, drove me insane. I just couldn't get into it. It was lame (and funny) all at once. Then after that, I think I remember hating the Sims. My friend was addicted to it and he'd spend hours playing it while I was at his house. Sigh.

I think Top Gun for the NES. I remember getting it when i was a kid the day one of my friends died, being too young to really understand what to do but I practiced at it... I just remember getting far into those missions where you had to refuel in midair and if you didn't do it in time the refueling plane would just fly off and leave you to die. Nothing is worse than being on your last life just waiting for your plane to run out of gas so you can crash into the watersmerlus
