I'm always impressed by the Armored Core intros. I've only ever played 1 and 3, but i've seen nearly all of them and they never get boring. The DMC3 intro is pretty awesome also.
I loved Metal Gear Solid 3's intro...well, I don't know if it really counts as an intro...because I think you need to finish the Virtuous Mission once before it shows up everytime you start the game...but if it does count, that is my favorite...if not...maybe the intro to Super Smash Bros. Brawl...

YES!! Both of those intros coupled with the orchestral score gives me goosebumps almost every time I watch it. So powerful. I love the adrenaline rush I get from watching it over and over.
Well, game intros are getting better and more impressive all the time, but as an older gamer, I just can't forget the era of the Amiga. Psygnosis (now Sony Studio Liverpool) did some small masterpieces at the time, such as Shadow of the Beast II, or The Killing Game Show. They should be up on Youtube, I suppose.
I like the whole Final Fantasy 10 intro I agree. The part where you got that cool narrator voice going over Tidus's past while your moving about in the city. I love stuff like that.
