Yes please. It had potential to be the best horror game of all time. Hopefully Sony saves it or hires Kojima to make Siren Hills.

Hell yes. Was easily my most anticipated game. It would have to be kojima and del toro again though, otherwise it would be as mediocre as the last few silent hill games.

it won't looking into it all konami wants is to shit out crap ( slot's mobile) for a quick buck you're better off hoping kojima and del toro agree to a spiritual successor

@thelordofpies: Kojima might try to make a horror game, but del Toro said he was gonna stop trying to make video games cuz his projects never fall through.

not without Kojima and Del Toro or if Konami brings back Team Silent

I'd settle for Silent Hill Ultimate Collection remaster version for current-gen/PC if possible.

@Byshop: to be fair he kind of summed it up in the title if anything it should be locked for getting people's hope up and focusing on a fantasy

We will likely see another Silent Hill game, but whatever "Silent Hills" was going to eventually become is likely gone now. Besides, that game was so early in the concept stages (and wasn't necessarily going to be anything like the awesome demo) that it's hard to get sad about the loss of a game that we knew so little about even if it seemed to have the true Dream Team of creative influences.

I'd keep it too. Nice theme. I got a lot of fun playing that when I was young.

To be honest, no. Just want more high quality Survival Horror games.

Silent Hill has had plenty of games. I'd rather see SH: Origins get a HD face lift. Because it would really benefit from one. Just like Resi 2.

Overall I'm more excited for newer franchises. We need more The Evil Within, OutLast, & Alan Wakes. New worlds and takes on the genre (Aliens Isolation, if you count 70% gunning down androids. . . )

The older series have ran the cycle and are best modelling up classics for modern standards. Otherwise, left not to be supersaturated. It's damaged many game series. & Silent Hill was already suffering from the 360 games.

PT looked great, but really I was hoping it would be a new franchise.With it no longer with Konami, it's possible.

Had actually never played a silent hill, then P.T. came out... I loved it. I completely finished it in one setting I loved it that much. To find out some behind the scene drama robbed me of what was going to be an amazing game hit me in the feels hard! Hopefully we some kind of spiritual successor idea happen with this game concept.
