I think that's one of the problems with Destiny IMO.. it's trying to be everything.

Just kidding. But Seriously, I very much enjoy destiny myself. I just get slightly perturbed by the lack of open world. Like you mean to tell me, my main menu, is just me sitting in a ship? Just sitting there... Waiting...

You cannot build an MMO with console limitations without sacrificing almost everything else like this game did.

It has all the elements of it, except for the pew pew part
