Demon's Souls + Oblivion seems like a winning combination. Two of my favorite games ever combined together and they seem like they should be compatible.
Cinematic storytelling and characterization of Uncharted 2
I'm not saying that the Demon's Souls has to have the charm, wittiness, and blockbuster feel that Uncharted 2 has but I think adding a lot of the great things of Uncharted 2 to Demon's Souls to make an epic adventure that is very character driven with many high-action moments would be fantastic.

Not much to say here. We kind of see it with the Undead Nightmare of Red Dead Redemption, but I think Left 4 Dead fighting through an entire city instead of a little section would be a lot of fun.
There's probably a couple more that I can't think of. Oh well...
graw 2 pc and cod...lean toward graw 2 pc for gameplay (1 or 2 hit ko's on both u and ai, slow methodical tactical shooter) and use the set piece excitement from cod
How about Oblivion and Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver, Open world pokemon game with great graphics, mix both the RPG elements of the game together. Make more of a pokemon game, like instead of caves with goblins, its Sandshrews and Onyx's, but all in real time, while still keeping the random elements of Oblivion of what kinds of pokemon you find. :)
