This game is from Gearbox, the guys that make Brothers In Arms, and it is looking fantastic.

More screens at Jeux-France
I see a little bit of Lair, SOTC, Lost Planet, and Gears of War. Not that that is a bad thing at all.

Read about this game in Game Informer, I think it was. Sounds good, but my first impression was "not another sci-fi shooter...?", so the game already has a lot to prove.

I agree. Gearbox is pretty great. I really like the Brothers In Arms series.

Looks fantastic. That in-game shot looks near CGI. And yeah Gearbox is on a roll - Alien: Colonial Marines and the next BiA coming to. I have a feeling they're gonna be the next dev to be snatched up by one of the big publishers.

Yeah I remember checking out a video on Marketplace for this game and thought it looked very cool with alot of potential. I'm certainly keeping an eye on this.

Considering the stubborn rumour they've been hired to make the next Halo game I'd say your feeling might be correct.
