Well, Bioshock has two review out. Both of them are stellar. 95% from PC Gamer and 10/10 from OXM. Both of them say the game ISN'T buggy and both of them say the story is great, OXM calling it an, "Inconcievably great plot." This game does not dissapoint, and I am thinking it will win GOTY.
Halo 3 won't score that well. The gameplay is literally exactly the same has Halo 2, at least MP wise. GTA4 might be a contender, but I don't know about Mass Effect.
I don't think Bioshock will get GOTY, but it will definitely be PC game of the year, or even FPS game of the year...although it is competing against Crysis and Call of Duty 4...Halo 3 if you count consoles.
Pretty stiff competition this year...but still no Metal Gear Solid 4 or FFXIII :( .
call of duty 4 has NO CHANCE, everyone is just hyping it right now because its DIFFERENT, the only contenders it has are GTA4, Mass Effect, and Assassins Creed. Mario wont win, Metroid is similar to the previous ones, no matter how amazing they were, and super smash bros... come on people really think this will win. Halo just as was stated earlier is exactly the same, bungie doesnt know how to evolve. Bioshock will almost definitely win.
