Super Mario World for me. Best level design, best graphical-styIe, and the introduction of Yoshi!
Super Mario Bros. 3 is a close 2nd, and might even have been first in my book if not for the incredibly short levels.
Super Mario World is my pick. the greatest Pack in game of the 4th generation era. Nintendo's Super Nintendo was a ground breaking system. Not only in the design of the machine, but also the design of the games. Super Mario World is one of those games.
well , the first one I played was Mario Land 2 , which is an excellent game, , but I have to also mention SMB3 and even the original Mario Bros (which despite being simple, is very fun)
Mario Vs. Donkey Kong on GBA is my favorite, if that counts as Mario rather than Donkey Kong. It kind of plays like Super Meat Boy where the levels are short and super tricky. It's in 2D but has all the moves from Mario 64 and the enemeies from Super Mario Brothers 2. Nearly perfect game if you ask me.
I think next up might be Yoshi's Island. I just thought it was a joy to play. Super Mario World is good but overrated in the series. Six Golden Coins or SMB3 are more fun for me, though I haven't played the latter and quite a while.
i had the most fun with super mario world. i beat it 100% while the next best imo, bros 3, is very hard to beat 100%
I always thought Super Mario Bros. 3 was harder to beat but Super Mario World has more of a challenge to reach 100% with the secret paths to find and Special World levels.i had the most fun with super mario world. i beat it 100% while the next best imo, bros 3, is very hard to beat 100%
