i hate when people say that the GBA is dead and the DS rox so much the DS gets more games because it has newer then the GBA as well when people say that the GBA dated
The GBA is dead the DS has fully 3d game's the GBA can only handle 2d based games and if you think mario kart was 3d it was just a spirit for the racer and the map was just strached out to look 3d

People still play their GBAs for the huge collection of fantastic games it has, but there's pretty much nothing left to be released on the system. Therefore, it is dead.
Within the last couple weeks, the GameStops that I go to stopped carrying new GBA games. Sucks, but it's true. I can't imagine whyNintendo would get rid of the extraslot on the DS, though. Are they addingrumble to the system itself (let's face it, the rumble pack was weak)? Are they giving up on the idea of expansion packs? And what about the gameslike Advance Wars that givesbonus content when a GBA game is inserted into the slot? I'm already a little peeved that it doesn't support classic GB and GBC games (no Link's Awakening for Final Fantasy LegendsforDS, ever). Theonly way I'd get a new DS without a GBA slot is if they increased the internalmemory into the gigabytes for the DS Download Channel that's supposedlycoming out and offered downloadable GB and GBC games, and even then I'd still probably keep my old one.

Agreed. Luckily i got a 3 1/2 hr. car ride tomarrow. Thank god i didnt sell the SP. The Ds on the other hand i guess we all make mistakes........And PSP was just a waste of money.
