Riviera, it's an RPG which has very original gameplay and entertaining elements. It was quite short IMO.

Umm... yeah, that's a GC game.

I recommend Gunstar Super Heroes. It's a side scrolling shooter (well, mostly anyways).

Gunstar Super Heroes is tons of fun. It can easily be completed multiple times in one day. :p If you like RPGs, Lunar Legend is definitely a quick one.

The new TMNT game fits the bill nicely. It's hella fun and if you speed through it you can finish it in roughly three hours...

Gunstar Superheroes must the best short game ever. You can beat it in a couple hours at the very most. It's a score-based game so that's why but yeah.

Advanced wars is extremley good, but is very long. It will take you days to finish a battle.

I'm stuck on green g-arc level, he's got like 1000hp and every time i get there i got only about 30hp, how am i suppose to beat that?

but I've only tried maybe 5 times so maybe il figure it out someday.

Astro Boy and Gunstar Super Heroes, as others have noted, are fantastic games.  One note about Astro Boy, many think it is much shorter than it is.  Over 50% of the game happens after the credits role the first time.  Wait through them.
