im not obsessing over aeris lol

as we know, aeris is a huge part of ffvii, would ffvii honestly be as good if aeris didnt kick the bucket, sleep with the fishes, croaked, wasted, owned, annihilated, butchered, peirced, bobbed a few, high on holy AKA die.

I think people would like Final Fantasy VII even without Aeris. I personally like Aeris though. She is cool.

I would love it if aeris hung around but the story wouldnt have been as good as it is if she hadnt died.

It would still be one of the best FF's, but it's story would take a hit from the lack of her.

Snap. I think the storyline would have taken a severe hit without her death, and its unexpectedness key to player immersion. It is what people remember about FF:VII and with good reason - no other major game had taken such a step in removing a major secondary protagonist one third through.

It's hard to say because it would've been up to those who made the game:P

i like her but seriously, the chick gets killed 1/3 into the game. just like that in the middle of disc 2 i was like "aeris who?" she wasnt all that important ... she doesnt make or break the game.

the death of aeries, a main character, is of utmost importance. it typifies ff7's boldness and ultimately drew the emotions out of players. Aeries is not the sole factor to the success of the game ff7, but she is the soul to its story

I agree, I find Aeris really annoying.
