Video Uploader Broken

When trying to upload a video, I click 'Upload Video' and I get an error saying the connection is reset.

I've been experiencing this issue as well. According to Task Manager, it's not even uploading at all. The network usage isn't increasing as it should.

Smaller files (such as the small 700 KB videos I uploaded today) seem to upload fine though.
