Unable to Rate Player Reviews

Sorry to start a new thread for this one question, but I haven't been able to find an answer in any standard forums/sites.

Ever since the new format rolled out, I am unable to rate any player reviews (Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down), and cannot see what ratings my reviews get. I know this may seem rather trivial, but it is an aspect of my Gamespot participation that I personally enjoy. I see where other readers are still able to rate a new review, so I know it's not a universal problem.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks. Man, they BETTER fix it. Kinda sucks when someone like me, who puts more stock in player reviews than any "professional" review, can't give a thumbs-up to a particualrly good one.ziegd
