I have already posted this on this forum and on the videos on adblock forum and staff are not even coming back to me.

1. When watching a video and clicking on full screen mode, it is only fullscreen in the webpage. It no longer goes fullscreen completely. Why?

The video only plays in native ratio and won't even go to 16:9 ratio. I am running windows 7 ultimate and a mac screen with 1920 x 1080 hd display using ie10. The videos use to work properly before the update but won't now. My flash player is the current version and I do not have any problems with any other website.

Even when I hover over the fullscreen with my mouse I have no option to change it from fill browser or fullscreen in ie10.

2. When I click on a story that has a video on the page to watch, the fullscreen button doesn't work at all, meaning it just stays the same size that it is on that webpage.

I have checked this with other browsers like Chrome and it works, however I prefer to use IE and would love it if someone can help.

Pease can someone help.

staff's been somewhat quiet lately. either a good sign of major work being done, or a bad sign of off for vacation for Halloween.

You can make browser window bigger by pressing F11. It's not a permanent solution, but it may help for now...

@DigitalDame: So I guess that this problem is never going to be resolved. This time I want an answer.

Sorry for the late reply on this, but here's an answer:

When we redesigned our video player, we pulled the controls out of the player itself. As a result, we had to switch to the HTML 5 method of doing fullscreen video in the browser window.

Unfortunately, IE doesn't currently support this method, though IE10 is expected to do so in a future update.
