MX vs. ATV Reflex fo PC IS realeased, can't add to my collection

Game is realeased via Steam, but I can not add to my collection as it says "Not Available For Collection or Now Playing Lsit".

Most likely as the Game Space still says Release date: Q4 2010, but game IS released.
