I am a total access subscriber and I need to update my credit card & billing info, but when I click on the link under Account in the Option menu I am linked to GS mail page. Please help!
Sometimes users who have problems with that interface clear their browser cache and cookies, log back in, and then it works. Sometimes just changing browsers or trying again later might help. I have no idea why. If the problem persists you may have to contact Customer Support and try going that route.
