Cleanup the Chinese(?) spam on Games Discussion?

Games Discussion currently has about 7 pages of spam cluttering it up, and it's far too much to flag each topic individually. Most of them include strange website addresses in the title, and they all have what appear to be Chinese characters in the title, unless the title is completely blank.
