FIRE and lots of it

This game is what it says it is and that is a firefighting game. There are few firefighting games out there but this one has to take the crown. It is a RTS game with good AI and fire that acts like fire. Flashover and Backdraft to name a few behaviors which are also in real life. This game is pretty good for non firefighters but firefighters like me see that there are learning points in this game too. Be careful or you might learn that fire can kill you. It is nice to see a good range of missions. First campaign was all urban fires, which included a house fire with entrapment and possible extension. A college being burnt to bits. Finally a car hitting a mall which goes up in smoke. Second campagin includes industiral fires while the third campaign teaches you that water management is key since all of the fires are forest fires or something close to that. The 4th campaign is a mixture of the first 3 which is were all of your previous experciance is tested for the stadium accident. Finally mother nature decideds that your day will never end and starts shaking violently and a subway station is rattled by an earthquake. This is the final mission of the 13 missions and is the only one with a real time limit on it. The only bad thing is about this game is that ventalion has no downsides however in life when you vent too quickly a fire that was small has now become a larger one. Enjoy
