The best ever made!

After having rented the first Fear Effect, then going out and buying my own copy and playing it thru several times, I was anxiously awaiting the second game to arrive. When I finally got home to play my copy, I was thrilled. Fear Effect 2 was everything I had wanted and more. It improved upon the first game but also kept the things that had made the first Fear Effect great just the way they were. I had been so involved in the storyline from the first game that I didn't see how they would be able to come up with another story of that calibre. Not only was the storyline of Retro Helix on par with its predicessor it surpassed it. This game cemented the Fear Effect franchise as the best among the horror genre but it was not widely played. In the end, I guess there wasn't enough word of mouth to get the sales up on this game because the PS2 version was cancelled. They should have marketed this game better. If they had I'm sure more people would've picked up this great game.
