Far Cry 3 is simply AMAZING!!
The graphics are beautiful. From the water to the trees in the jungle all look incredible. The character models all look good and the voice acting is really good also. You'll be amazed at some of the good point of views in the game.
You play in first person and you must try and find your friends. You have a good range of weapons to pick from and the battles are really fun to play out. You don't just run and start shooting the place up cause alot of the time your out numbered. So stealth kills are helpful, sneaking and choking enemies out, using silenced weapons. Or grab some heavy artillery an just blow everything up.. the choice is yours.. either way it's a good time.
There are three differenct skills trees that can be unlocked. Some of the upgrades include extending your health, better stability when shooting, death from above in which you can fall on an enemy an stab them when you land. All the skills are pretty useful and you'll need better upgrades as the game progresses.
When your not in battle you spend your time hunting for animal skins to crafts bigger weapon holsters, syringes to use for health, combat, and hunting, and alot more. You hunt a wide range of animals including dogs, pigs, goats, sharks, bears and everything else that lives in a jungle.
This Jungle you're in is set up to be an open world adventure. With one main quest always pending there are different mini games to be played and side quests to keep you busy. I personally spent alot of time doing some of the challenges cause it showed one of my friends had the high score so I kept trying to beat the score until his name on the giant rock changed to mine. Then I shared it with Facebook and really pissed him off, haha. That was a really cool feature in this game.
From driving multiple vehicles to gunning down crazy bandits with cool weapons to hunting animals and crafting different things, all this comes together to make a really fun game to play. I was really surprised at how addicting the game had become after a couple hours into it. I'de highly recommend this game to anyone really.
