Wow - Fable 3 is still a brilliant game and experience for all gamers.
11 years on from the first release in 2010, I finally downloaded it on the Xbox Series S and it was still as brilliant as I remember. Following on from previously playing the Fable franchise on Xbox 360 I can safely say, none of the brilliance has fallen away.
Starting in the great realm of Albion and setting out on your adventure of becoming a true hero, from the first minute you are thrown in a training battle with Sir Walter who is a constant support of you throughout your adventure. As I've always played the role of angelic hero, Walter has always been a huge support and proud of you (I'll eventually find out what it means to be an evil ruler!).
The quests at the beginning of the story are very much about finding yourself and believing you are the hero you're meant to be. Here you follow a similar path of activities in Fable 2, but they are just as much fun. As someone who's played before, I knew the one of the main money making opportunities is buying property.
I quickly bought as much of the Mistpeak Valley settlement as I knew it would be a fast money generator that you will need later on in the gameplay. But I won't go into that too much as this may be a spoiler for some!!
There is a wide variety of quests, jobs and missions as you go through the game.
