Well I'm sure many of you play Madden but have also play ESPN NFL 2K5. NFL 2K5 is probably the best football simulator game out there to date. It may be old, but its still a helluva fun game. One thing that I favor in this game is that there is no "magnetic" catching like in madden (when the ball just suddenly gets sucked into their hands). The players in this game actually tip the ball and try to catch it and having a 50-50 chance of making the amazing catch. Another thing this game has that completely rises over madden is that the linemen when running past them don't just suddenly get off their blocks and tackle you, they have to actually get off the man their blocking and tackle. Overall this game is just a wonderful peace of work. I really hate that EA sports bought the NFL license, but at least this game will be here for hopefully many more generations.
