Definitely the best DBZ game available for the GBA.

User Rating: 7.4 | Dragon Ball Z: Bukuu Tougeki GBA
Dragonball related games that have ever been released for the game boy were all complete disappointments. But you will be happy to hear that Dragonball Z Supersonic Warriors is nothing like its predecessors. Game design: Character graphics have improved since Dragon Ball Z: Taiketsu. Although the game is essentially 2D characters can move around in 3D environment. The game is also really fast paced, which can deliver fans the Dragonball Z experience they would want to have. There are also various modes to choose from, Story Mode, VS mode and etc.

Game Play: You will obviously get to play as some of the Dragonball Z characters. Each character will come in 2 different forms. During battle you can dash at all directions, launch Ki blasts and devastating combos using a series of button mashing. The game has also included a team tag, where you can swap characters during battle.

Sound: In my opinion this game has the best music from all the GBA games. You will hear a lot of DBZ sound effects and some character voices.

Dragonball Z Supersonic Warriors proves to be the most balanced GBA game of all. The graphics look great, the game is fast paced and the sound is also great. This, although is the best DBZ release for the GBA it still isn’t the best fighting game available for the GBA. Battles do tend to get repetitive and some characters almost have the same moves. The game also lacks presentation, in the story mode you will just sea character pictures at the background of the battle field and will read dialogues, also all the stages appear almost the same. The game would make a good game to play if you’re on your way on a trip but otherwise you will definitely be leaving it at your shelf.
