The best RPG of 2009 and in my opinion the best game of 2009.

I don't always agree with GameSpot and their ratings but I find myself in complete agreement with them on this one. I really liked just about everything about this game and it's been reviewed by many people already so I'll make this brief and point out a few of my favorite things about it and what I think they could improve on.

1. The characters are very unique and the voice acting is very well done.

2. It has a lot of side quests available.

3. The combat system was also very well done, in my humble opinion.

Now for the couple of things I think Bioware could do better. (Please keep in mind I left a whole lot of my 'likes' out of this review just because they have been said many times already.)

1. The downloadable content. Seriously, just release regular expansions guys. Paying you for 2 hours of additional content doesn't seem like it's worth it, and this is the reason why I haven't bought any of it. If a real expansion comes out I'll probably buy it.

2. Random encounters. Sometimes they fit sometimes they don't. In this game they didn't feel like they fit well. Nothing more aggravating than finishing a long campaign only to get beat up on the road home because your party is beat up and out of supplies.

Overall I have to hand it to Bioware for creating another classic RPG. Hopefully we will see Dragon Age go from a great game to a great series soon.
