The 3rd one...dissapointing
The rest...very...dissapointing.
The Revenge is the only DD game worth playing but what keeps me from rating it with 9 is that it ends in a flash!Very short game.It has 8 levels & the 2nd & 3rd one can be done in a total time of under 5 minutes.
Story:
Billy's girlfriend has been killed by the Shadow Warriors or whatever & now he must have his Revenge along with his partner Jimmy.They team up once again to offer us one of the most fun games ever made!A fun that ends too soon, i'm begging for so much more:( but despite this, it has endless replay value.The gameplay is great, you can kick, punch it's all in the mind...no wait, that's from Parrapa the Rapper, lol...you can kick, punch, pick enemies weapons & use special attacks like the Chopper Hit & Knee Attack.When you manage to use the knee attack it's devastating, it does great damage even to those 2 Hulk-Like Henchmen, one that looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger & the other one like Bolo Yeung...man, i can't stop laughing this is ridiculously funny=)) When you meet them they appear twice.You kill them once & then they appear once again most of the time like they have a clone or a twin brother.At the end of the 5th level, Arnold pilots a huge machine, a steam tank & he's also the boss of the 6th or 7th level & Bolo is the boss of the 3rd level that takes place in a chopper.But that's not all, you also encounter them during the levels it's like, they have a factory where they manufacture them:)
In order to jump, you must push A & B simultaneously so it makes the game kinda hard i hate that.It has 3 skill levels:practice, warrior & supreme master.I don't know what happens if you finish on supreme master it's way too hard.At the 2 Player mode it's total pawnage!The music is great, quite memorable & the graphics are good for the NES.
Highlight of the game:Knee attacking Arnold & Bolo clones:)
End of story.
