this game was, if i am correct one of the first, if not the first ever fps to be made, so give them a break, the grpahics may be ropey, the gameplay a bit, well, crap but its doom! surely that has to count for something. this is the game which has lead to further greats such as doom 3 and others, it took fps into its arms and made sure it got off to a strong start, so please, if all you have to say is that its rubbish, just go and get a life cos its original, its fun and its a legend!
