8,985 gamers at this site own this game, and it isn't a suprise. With the most advance technology used to make the game, it instantly became another classic. Theres only a very few games that can be counted on one hand that makes history, and worth getting. Doom III is on top of them all. It has the best graphics ever seen. It gives the classic doom fans what they wanted. The Doom III engine gives developers for the future what they need, and it even comes with a great story which is hard to pull off given the fact that it is Doom. The technology that ID Software used in this game will be used in the future of gaming for atleast the next 5 years. The engine comes with a physics engine, a good sound engine, of course an awesome graphics engine. One of the best ever made, and with lead technician John Carmack behind it, it's no wonder. This game is one of the best in it's form. And if it's doens't get GOTY it's technology behind the game should.
